These terms apply to services provided by Ajman Packers and Movers (“we”, “us”). By confirming a booking you agree to them. If anything is unclear, please contact us before the move.
Quotes are based on the information you give us (locations, volume, floors, access and services). If the actual job differs materially, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding. A booking is confirmed once the date, scope and price have been agreed.
Payment terms, including any advance and the balance due, are agreed at the time of booking. Please settle the balance on completion unless agreed otherwise.
You are responsible for arranging access, parking and any lift or building permissions at both locations. Delays caused by restricted access or late availability may affect timing and cost.
Please keep cash, jewellery, important documents and other high-value or irreplaceable items with you. Items you pack yourself are carried at your own risk, as we cannot verify how they were packed.
We do not transport hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal or perishable goods. Live animals are not part of our service.
We take reasonable care of your belongings throughout the move. Our liability is limited to loss or damage caused by our negligence while goods are in our care, and is subject to any written terms agreed at booking. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by inherent defects, or by circumstances beyond our control.
Please inspect your items at delivery and tell the crew lead about any visible damage immediately. Report any other concern to us promptly, with photos where possible, so we can look into it.
If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell us as early as possible. Any charges that apply will be those agreed at the time of booking.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies unless a different written agreement has been made for your move.
